Below are the current Terms and Conditions applicable to all activity and transactions via the Nibbs Spirits Ltd website. Please read these carefully before placing an order. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent activity and orders.

1. We have calculated our delivery charges appropriately in regards to the packaging and postage platform we use. We have advised a guide of up to 5 working days to enable us to post your items in a timely matter, please refer to our ‘delivery’ information for further details. We will make every effort to deliver your goods within these timescales however occasionally delays may occur. If there are potential delays, we will do our best to notify you or keep you updated. 2. Goods are subject to availability, particularly as some of our products are highly seasonal and some of a limited amount. In the event we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you as soon as possible. An appropriate refund will be given where you have already paid for an item/s.
3. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and the have already paid for the item/s you will receive a refund for the price paid.
4. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
5. Parcel Tracking information. We will use your e-mail address to inform you of parcel tracking information where this service is available. Once your item has been posted you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.
